Shipping and Returns

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays, and Mondays when the salon is closed. New Zealand orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day.

    NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

    We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for orders within New Zealand valued under $250.00 and free shipping for orders valued over $250.00.

    Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, dependent on the delivery schedule of the courier company. In many cases customers in metro areas will receive their order the day after it is shipped. Please get in touch with us if you are waiting on a parcel that has not arrived within 3 working days or if you do require urgent shipping (extra fees may apply).

    All of our orders are shipped using biodegradable courier bags. 

    AUSTRALIA 

    We currently have flat rate shipping to Australia of $35.00 NZD. This applies for any orders 1kg or under in weight - if your order does weigh more than this we will be in contact to arrange additional shipping fees 

    Please note that orders can sometimes be held by customs on entry into your country which can impact delivery times. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

    UNITED KINGDOM

    We currently have flat rate shipping to the UK of $60.00 NZD. This applies for any orders 1kg or under in weight - if your order does weigh more than this we will be in contact to arrange additional shipping fees 

    Please note that orders can sometimes be held by customs on entry into your country which can impact delivery times. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

    USA

    We currently have flat rate shipping to the United States of $60.00 NZD. This applies for any orders 1kg (2.2lbs) or under in weight - if your order does weigh more than this we will be in contact to arrange additional shipping fees

    INTERNATIONAL

    If you live outside the areas listed above, please get in contact with us at info@loxys.co.nz so that we can arrange a shipping quote for you. 

    RETURNS

    Not sure which colour of our Loxy's Collection Clip ins is right for you? Please send us an email to info@loxys.co.nz with a photo of your hair in natural light and our stylists will be able to help you find a perfect match. 

    Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in contact with us at info@loxys.co.nz

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@loxys.co.nz to arrange this.
