Part-time Salon Receptionist at Loxy's
We're on the hunt for a part time receptionist to help keep the team running at our best, and take care of our wonderful clients!
We need a multi tasking, calendar slaying, admin Queen or King!
This role will be focussed on taking care of our clients every step of the way through their Loxy's service:
- Calendar management of our stylists very busy days
- Answering the phone/taking bookings via email and social media
- Greeting clients and offering them refreshments
- Data entry and keeping client files up to date
- Keeping the salon clean and tidy
- Sending out online orders
- POS and checking out clients
- All round floor support for our team and clients
- Cash up and cash handling
We are a super busy team and days just fly by you'll have so much fun! But you'll need to be an admin superstar with extremely high attention to detail and an ability to juggle the many things you'll have on your to do list each and every day. Proven strong admin experience is a must.
You'll be super bubbly and a wonderful representation of our brand. You'll be a self starter who loves to be busy but can also proactively search out jobs during the occasional downtime. You'll genuinely care about our incredible clients and delivering the absolute best service for them from the moment they step in the doors or get in contact with us.
Training will be provided for the role but salon specific experience would be a huge advantage.
Hours TBC but will likely include two late nights a week and one weekday morning.
Stylist at Loxy's
We're on the hunt for an intermediate/senior stylist to join our team at our beautiful salon in Auckland!
Loxy's has some super exciting plans in the works and you'll be a part of an amazing present and equally exciting future for the brand.
We're a small but super busy team and you'll be stepping into an existing clientele and busy column. You'll be proficient in all things hairdressing and open to new challenges and training.
This is a typically a full time role with a four day working week including a Saturday. In saying this, we're super flexible for the right person. Keen on part time or 5 days? We're open! Get in touch to chat more.
